I'm not able to “make” automatic focusing “happen”
FAQ n. 3. Power Vision System - When I train while reading, I’m not able to make automatic focusing happen, despite the fact that I follow your instructions.

- Answers David De Angelis
There are two possible reasons:
a. Specifically, in the beginning of training with this method, the eyes are very weak because of low flexibility and strength and coordination of ocular muscles—a situation created while the person wore minus glasses. Over time, the glasses make the eyes “lazy,” “freezing” natural and physiological focusing. The result is “stiff” eyes, which get tired easily.

The solution for this problem is to carry out the Power Vision exercises of cyclorotation and fixation at the edges of visual field.

b. The other possible reason for your slow response is in automatic focusing. This could be due to an excessively long focusing distance for that training session. Remember that the load that is imposed on the eyes must lead to an adaptation; it shouldn’t be excessive.
