Resources Focusing looks as if it were steady at x distance FAQ n. 5. Power Vision System - I’m not able to go further; my focusing looks as if it were steady at “x” distance - Answers David De Angelis Focusing distance must be changed constantly throughout the time: the text must be moved to the FURTHEST distance (for myopes) or at the LOWEST one (for hyperopes) so as to have an efficient stimulus for training focusing constantly, and then, at that very distance, after opening your eyes widely for about 5 seconds and following it with blinking, you will notice you are able to focus well. IMPORTANT: Focusing improvement doesn’t always go continuously and gradually: you might not have any positive result even after 2 weeks of training. If you are focusing and carrying out ocular stretching correctly, and then, SUDDENLY you will notice remarkably better and clearer vision. SOLUTION: Keep trusting in the System and keep on going with practice (solidifying the little improvements you have already achieved). Back |
